We all would like to think we have it, but do we really

Just last night a wise lone gunman with both barrels blazing told me that I had too much common sense to be a Liberal. Now exactly what is common sense and do I have it. If i look back at some of the things I have done in my life, then I am sure someone could raise an arguement on how much common sense I lack. Although, who would you believe me or them.

common sense
n.
Sound judgment not based on specialized knowledge; native good judgment.

Now specialized knowledge is something I think society as a whole lacks. Considering we destroy ourselves more than any other animal in the world. I know for a fact I am on the front lines, with a bottle of vodka (or tequilla) in my hands dumbing down the braincells in my head. Or is that the effects of college; to be honest it is really blurry right now, ask me again in five years. :)

We live in a world where East meets West and November is never followed by April. Where we have cultural battles at the UN to oppse American Culture that carries itself like big american corporate business. (Yes before I continue; I know I need to get my Microsoft Word fix so I can use that spellcheck feature).

I only wish there is peoples with common sense still left, because I am drowing here in a sea of ignorance. Although I must admit that I am not as ignorant as I was when I was a youth.

"Back when I was younger; I had to walk 10 miles through 10 feet of snow up hill all the way to public school with no gloves"

Actually... I only had to walk through 10 feet of snow to public school. It was really funny I was climbing on the snow banks struggling to make it to class. I got there and we ended up watching Disney movies all day.

Anyways back to my original thought... Back when I was younger I had always thought I was the star of the world. My perception was kinda twisted. I never really understood that people saw things differently. You do not think Power Rangers are cool? What is wrong with you? the same went for where people were born. It never occured to me people were born outside of Toronto in Canada. God are you crazy?

Soo, I guess I am getting better. Only time will tell though!

On a side note, Michael Moore is doing a sequel to Farienhit 9/11 and adding a 1/2 into its title.
